Case Management Billing combines Electronic Medical Records with Electronic Billing to create contact note driven batches in the billing module. This eliminates double entry and time consuming tallying of the billable units for each client.
Clinicians can enter, enroll, maintain and discharge clients and client demographic data using the Consumer Information Form
In the Daily Contact Log, clinicians enter a Time In and Out and select a Client and Activity Code from the drop down menus. A pop up window opens which may be pre-filled with text. This text can be edited, altered or deleted to enter your own explanation from scratch.

Right clicking presents: 
You can spell check or copy and paste the explanation text.
Contacts must be approved for billing by both the clinician and a manager, the clinician enters a private "Completion Code" and a clinician with manager priviledges checks the "Approved for Billing" box.

To create the file for billing select a single date or range: 
Go to Billing, create a batch and click the "Import" button. (Batch Editor)
Process the billing in the usual way, and you've sucessfully billed hundreds of contacts notes (or more) with just a few clicks.
